Tell Me Your Emotions: Calvin Doesn’t Care

用英語表達情感：勇敢說出來

Part A

Kim and Calvin have just watched a movie.

金和凱文剛看完一部電影。

Kim:        That was a sad movie. I cried so much. I… Calvin! Are you sleeping?

Calvin:     Huh? No. I was resting my eyes. Is the movie over?

Kim:        You didn’t pay attention. You don’t like romance movies because you can’t show your emotions. I’m pretty angry with you.

Calvin:     I paid attention! That movie was fantastic. It broke my heart.

Kim:        Oh yeah? What was it about?

Calvin:     It was about…ummm…a ghost fell in love with an alien.

Kim:        See? I knew you were sleeping. I’m going to take you to a museum. If you look at art, you’ll learn to show your emotions.

金：那部電影真悲情，我哭得好慘。我……凱文！你在睡覺嗎？

凱文：呃？才沒有，我剛剛在讓眼睛休息，電影結束了嗎？

金：你沒專心看，你不喜歡愛情片，因為你不會表達情感，我真的很生氣。

凱文：我有專心啊！那部電影很棒，讓我心碎。

金：喔，是嗎？那內容在講什麼？

凱文：是關於……呃……一個鬼愛上一個外星人。

金：看吧，我就知道你剛剛在睡覺。我要帶你去博物館，欣賞藝術你就會學著表達情感。

Part B

They are looking at paintings in a museum.

他們正在博物館裡看畫。

Calvin:     Why are we in a museum?

Kim:        You need to let your feelings out. Art will help you do that.

Calvin:     I’m not interested in art!

Kim:        Look at this painting. It’s a beautiful angel. This makes me feel happy. How about you? Express your feelings.

Calvin:     I feel…

Kim:        That’s it! Don’t be shy.

Calvin:     I feel… I feel…hungry. I’m going to have some popcorn and a soda in that snack shop. Let me know when you want to leave.

Kim:        It’s OK. I’ll find a way to help you become more sensitive.

凱文：為什麼我們在博物館裡？

金：你得把感覺釋放出來，藝術有助於你那麼做。

凱文：我對藝術沒興趣！

金：看看這幅畫，是一位美麗的天使，這讓我覺得很開心。你覺得呢？把你的感覺表達出來。

凱文：我覺得……

金：就是這樣！別害羞。

凱文：我覺得……我覺得……好餓，我要去點心販賣部吃點爆米花和喝汽水，妳想走時跟我說一聲。

金：沒關係，我會找到辦法，讓你變得更敏銳些。
