內容簡介 What’s Your Hobby?
Several students are getting to know each other during a break between classes.
A= Aaron B= Bill C= Claire D= Donna
A: So, Bill, what do you do in your free time?
B: Well, I don’t usually have much free time, but when I do, I like to play basketball with my friends. Do you like sports?
A: Not really. I prefer indoor hobbies.
C: (To Aaron) What are your interests?
A: I collect Japanese comic books, and I enjoy playing video games.
C: Those both sound interesting, but it’s good to get outside, too. Have you ever hiked?
A: I tried that once, but it was really tiring. I would rather spend my spare time doing something more relaxing.
B: You’re pretty quiet, Donna. Do you have any hobbies?
D: I spend a lot of time on the computer, but I’d like to learn how to play tennis.
B: Well, I like everything to do with sports, so I would be happy to play tennis with you sometime.
D: Is that a hobby of yours?
B: No, but I’m willing to learn and practice with you.
C: (To Aaron) I’ve never enjoyed video games, but I’ve always wanted to read some good comic books. Maybe you could recommend some to me.
A: Sure! I’d be happy to lend you a few comics if you’re interested.
幾個學生在下課休息時間聊天增進對彼此了的解。
艾隆：喂，比爾你空閒時都在做什麼？
比爾：這個嘛，我通常沒多少空閒時間，但是我有空時喜歡和朋友打籃球。你喜歡運動嗎？
艾隆：不怎麼喜歡。我比較喜歡室內的嗜好。
克萊兒：（對艾隆說）你的興趣是什麼？
艾隆：我收集日本漫畫書，我也喜歡玩電動遊戲。
克萊兒：那兩個聽起來都很有趣，但是出去走走也很不錯。你有爬過山嗎？
艾隆：我試過一次，但那實在很累人。我寧可把空閒時間花在比較輕鬆的事。
比爾：唐娜，妳很安靜耶。妳有什麼嗜好嗎？
唐娜：我花很多時間在電腦上，但是我想要學打網球。
比爾：嗯，我喜歡一切跟運動有關的事物，所以我很樂意改天跟妳去打網球。
唐娜：那是你的嗜好之一嗎？
比爾：不是，但我樂意跟妳去學和練習。
克萊兒：（對艾隆說）我從來都沒喜歡過電動遊戲，但我一直想要看一些好的漫畫書。也許你可以推薦一些給我看。
艾隆：當然囉！如果妳有興趣，我很樂意借妳一些漫畫。
