Damon is looking at his smartphone.
戴蒙正看著他的智慧型手機。

Lynn: What’s wrong with your phone?
Damon: It seems to have so many problems. I can’t send text messages.
(Lynn takes Damon’s phone and looks at it.)
Lynn: You just have to push this button. Now you can type messages and send them.
Damon: Thanks. You’re so helpful. This is my first smartphone. Also, I don’t like the sound when my phone rings. How do I change it?
Lynn: What kind of sound do you want?
Damon: I want my favorite song.
Lynn: Sorry, I don’t know how to do that. You’ll have to call up customer service and ask them.

琳恩：你的電話怎麼了？
戴蒙：好像有很多問題，我無法寄送文字訊息。
（琳恩把戴蒙的電話拿過來瞧一瞧。）
琳恩：只要按這個鍵就好，現在你就可以打訊息，然後把訊息寄出去了。
戴蒙：謝謝，妳幫了大忙，這是我的第一支智慧型手機。還有，我不喜歡我的來電鈴聲，要怎麼換？
琳恩：你想要哪種鈴聲？
戴蒙：我想放我最愛的歌。
琳恩：抱歉，我不知道怎麼做，你得打電話到客服問問。

Part B

Damon is on the phone.

戴蒙在電話中。

Agent: Welcome to ABC Phones. How may I help you?

Damon: Hi. May I ask you a question, please?

Agent: Of course. Do you want to sign up for cheaper long distance phone calls?

Damon: No. I want to change my ringtone to my favorite song.

Agent: You have to speak with customer service, but they’re on their lunch break right now.

Damon: When can I call them back?

Agent: They will return in an hour.

Damon: All right. I’ll have a sandwich and make another call later. Thanks.

服務員：歡迎來電ABC電信，有什麼能為您效勞的嗎？

戴蒙：嗨，我有個問題可以問你嗎？

服務員：當然可以，您想加入長途電話的優惠方案嗎？

戴蒙：不是，我想把鈴聲換成我最愛的歌。

服務員：那麼您要和客服聯繫，不過現在是他們的午休時間。

戴蒙：那我該什麼時候打過去？

服務員：他們一小時後會回來。

戴蒙：好的，我會先吃個三明治，等一下再打，謝謝。
